Elation to devastation- a oneness with my numbness---this song has been stuck in my head for a month. Perhaps now I can move on?

Interesting song this---It’s in Bb-----Freaking Beatles! I was having a real hard time with the guitar part in the beginning until I discovered that if I tune my guitar down a full step I could play the progression in C. Cool huh? The problem is that with my Stratocasters and the spring loaded bridge neither one of them would stay in tune for the minute of guitar in the beginning without a complete new setup and I really didn’t want to go through the trouble of setting it up and then re-setting it. So I walked across the street and borrowed my neighbors Gibson ES-335. Thanks Sabrina! The slide down guitar parts were accomplished like this. I tuned one of my Strats to a C chord—yes strum the open strings and it plays a C major chord. Then laying it on my lap and using a slide to get that sound---I have no idea how it was done originally but this seemed to work for my purposes. The shaker is a combination of a percussion shaker and a toy baby rattle and the strange sounding beat after the last chorus is me beating on my chest. The bass is my Vintage 1st Gen G&L. The rest was written on a Stave or played on my Alesis QS7. Yes---there are messages too---that’s all I’m going to say about that. Cranberry Sauce, my mother made it for me.
